BMW E60 530XD 235HP โ 398HP 800NM ๐ง๐ฅ
Another powerful project โ this time a BMW E60 530XD, where we focused on a significant power increase, but with reason given the xDrive system ๐ช
โ๏ธ Scope of work:
- larger Wagner Tuning intercooler
- downpipe with sport catalytic converter
- turbocharger Stage 3 by custom-tuning
- XHP Stage 3 tuned to the engine characteristics, making the car launch like a missile
- larger air intake by custom-tuning (necessary for larger turbochargers)
Due to the xDrive system, we didn't go crazy with the torque โ the setup was tuned to be fast, but also safe for the drivetrain ๐
The result? A very fast and flexible 530XD that performs both on the open road and during dynamic driving ๐
