BMW Bi-Turbo Intake Pipe 286HP E6X / E9X – 58mm
High-performance plug & play intake pipe dedicated to BMW M57N2 Bi-Turbo 286 HP (335d / 535d) engines. Designed for maximum airflow and to eliminate one of the main restrictions of the stock intake system.
Unlike the factory pipe with an internal diameter of 53 mm, the offered product has an enlarged diameter of 58 mm, which translates into significantly better airflow.
What does this mean in practice?
Increasing the diameter from 53 mm to 58 mm means:
- ~19% larger flow cross-sectional area
- significantly lower pressure losses
- better engine filling at high boost
Result: turbos work easier, spool up faster, and can maintain higher boost without "choking" the intake.
